You’ve probably had moments where you felt completely immersed in the present, and “in the zone.” That’s Flow. CycleVIBE deliberately facilitates Flow to create deep and rapid transformation, allowing access to the higher self. CycleVIBE riders in a Group Flow State often experience a sense of timelessness, euphoria, connection, and joy.
Physical exertion is an ideal access point for the Flow state, and the ultimate transformational tool. Challenging, vigorous exercise and intense breath create the conditions necessary to achieve a state of flow.
